Yes. For a photograph the limit is 5MB and for a video it is 30MB.

The simplest way to understand how to create a From Us Celebration Board would be to refer to the "How To" videos contained within our Resources section.

Our Concierge service is designed for those occasions when you want to give someone something special, but need a little help finding exactly the right thing.

Tell us about the Recipient, the occasion, your budget and any ideas or preferences you have, and our team will personally research and source suitable gifts or experiences on your behalf. This could be a memorable experience, a hard-to-find gift or something completely bespoke.

For this personalised service, From Us charges a 10% Concierge fee, calculated on the final cost of the gift or experience we arrange for you. This covers the time and expertise involved in researching, sourcing and coordinating your chosen gift or experience, and is deducted from the total amount of AllGiv Tokens available.

We will always make the costs clear before you commit, so there are no surprises.

We narrow the Boutique to things that suit the occasion, so you are not scrolling a catalogue. Choose one gift or several — AllGiv Tokens held in an eligible Celebration Wallet or Recipient Fund can be spent however you like.

For a physical gift, add a delivery address at checkout and we handle the rest. For an experience or a gift card, the code is issued to the Recipient directly.

If you cannot see what you are looking for, our Concierge will source it for you, even if it is not in the Boutique. There is no charge to ask.

AllGiv Tokens are the gifting unit used within From Us. Ten AllGiv Tokens have a base redemption value of US$1.00.

Tokens can be bought as a contribution towards a Recipient's gift, or as a permitted top-up to a Celebration Wallet or a Fund. They are used for eligible purchases through From Us and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Prices in the From Us Boutique are shown in AllGiv Tokens, so what you see on a product is what it costs from the Wallet or Fund you are spending.

The Wallet (Tokens) cannot be exchanged for cash. For compliance with regulations governing the collection of monies, the Tokens must be exchanged for a gift from the From Us Boutique.

Yes. During the Celebration Board creation process, you will see a toggle asking whether you wish to "open a Celebration Wallet?". If you do not click on this toggle, no Celebration Wallet will be opened. There is an option in Settings to open a Celebration Wallet at a later stage should you change your mind.

The Contributors are friends, family, colleagues, team members or communities who post on the event Celebration Board and who may pay money into the Celebration Wallet (if applicable). Contributors will receive a notification and link to the final Celebration Board at the time it is delivered to the Recipient, whether the event is in-person or remote.

The Guardian is the person who creates the event. The Guardian controls the event, determines the close date, opens a Wallet (if applicable), monitors the posts, and decides how the event is delivered to the Recipient.

The Guardian has overall responsibility for the Wallet. It is the Guardian's decision which gift is purchased, and how the gift shall be delivered or whether the Wallet is transferred to the Recipient for them to make their own gift selection.

This would depend on the purpose of the event you have created.

An online only event could stay open until moments before the recipient receives the Celebration Board.

A Celebration Board that will be used as an online guest book, we would recommend keeping open for a few days or weeks after the event to allow people to upload their photos and videos.

As the Guardian (the creator of the board), you'll find an "Add Contributors" button at the top of your board preview screen. Clicking this opens a window where you can enter email addresses — either by typing them individually or pasting a list. Once you click "Invite Contributors", an invitation email will be sent to everyone you've listed. As contributors accept their invitations, they'll automatically move from the "Invited" to the "Contributed" section.

Alternatively, you can copy the unique invite link and share it via a personal email — ideal for wedding guest books or situations where company firewalls may flag automated emails. If your board is set to public in the settings, you won't need to invite contributors by email at all — simply share the public link via social media, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Lastly, if the board is public, anyone who receives an invite can forward it to others, making it easy for more people to join in and contribute.

Celebration Wallets are available in countries where From Us can support the relevant currency and offer eligible gifts, services or experiences through the Boutique. We’ll add more countries as our payment and Supplier coverage grows.
